The International Centre of Peoples without a State (ICPS) is an organisation registered in Brussels. Its main objective is, by all peaceful means and in respect for human rights, to co-develop with stakeholders an International Declaration of Peoples without a State and promote and endorse that Declaration in cooperation with stakeholders. We promote the universal effective application of human rights in general and more specifically the right of self-determination of Peoples worldwide.
